This professional learning experience introduces participants to the Boonwurrung Relational Seasonal Calendar, a way of understanding time, wellbeing, and responsibility through relationship rather than urgency.

Grounded in Boonwurrung knowledge, the calendar invites a shift away from constant pressure and linear demand, toward seasonal rhythm, care, and balance. Participants are guided to reflect on how modern systems often move out of sync with natural cycles, and what this means for people, learning, leadership, and wellbeing.

This session is not about memorising seasons or information. It is about slowing down, listening differently, and noticing patterns in Country, in systems, and in ourselves.

For many organisations, this experience opens a deeper conversation about how work, care, and responsibility are held over time.

Relational Law Psychology PD

Understanding Behaviour, Harm, and Responsibility Through Relationship

This professional learning session introduces Relational Law Psychology – a framework that offers a different way of understanding behaviour, harm, and accountability.

Guided by Boonwurrung perspectives, participants are invited to look beyond individual behaviour and consider the relational conditions that shape how people respond under pressure. The session explores how many challenges faced by organisations today are not isolated problems, but signs of relational strain within systems.

Rather than focusing on control or compliance, Relational Law Psychology reframes law as something that holds relationship, supports safety, and allows repair.

This session gives language to what many people feel but struggle to name, and opens the door to deeper relational work across leadership, education, and governance.

Kuinkin Manameet Biik (Cultural Immersion into the Boonwurrung & First Peoples World)

We begin in Ceremony and step into a journey of cultural discovery, exploring the stories, spirit, and living history of the Boonwurrung people. Through heartfelt storytelling and guided learning, participants experience the depth, beauty, and strength of Boonwurrung culture—awakening a deeper connection to Country, community, and shared responsibility. Whether for Schools, Workplaces, or Community groups, this cultural immersion offers a powerful opportunity to listen, learn, feel, and walk forward with greater respect, humility, and cultural awareness.
